Return Policy

Due to the nature of New Wave Hair selection of products and sanitary reasons, New Wave Hair's return policy is very strict. All hair is inspected before shipping so all sales are final unless an error occurred on New Wave Hair's end (wrong length sent, wrong texture of hair etc) Please inspect hair upon arrival and if the wrong items were sent to you, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

After receiving and installing, there are not refunds unless there has been proven complications with pictures, and New Wave Hair has been contacted within 1 weeks of delivery date. New Wave Hair will view photo's and if hair appears to be properly taken care of, we will help you to solve the problem.
